Patrick is a fantastic PT who really cares about his patients. He worked with me to address several longstanding issues with patience and a holistic approach. He was awesome to work with and helped me so much! Nik PrazakNovember 24, 2023.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks for the assist Patrick! Jayren GuillermoSeptember 28, 2023.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Patrick is amazing and will continue to recommend everyone to him. I have gone to Dr. Patrick due to a car accident and have learned much about the necessary steps to get myself into better physical shape. This is now my second time going to Dr. Patrick and I am feeling better with each session. Not only is he helping me rehabilitate, but he has educated me in ways that I can apply to all aspects of my life. Thank you so much Dr. Patrick. They got me scheduled quickly and was so easy to work with. I had been limping for 3 days prior to my first appointment due to swelling/inflammation and they were able to help me manage the pain quickly and efficiently so that I could get back to playing sports again. Dr. Pat listens, asks good questions, and provides great insights. We were able to figure out that my desk set up was causing my pain. He is also very easy going and flexible (no pun intended). 10 out of 10. Lynn NguyenJuly 27, 2023.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 10/10 recommend! I have driven miles out of my way to see my physical therapist, Pat, and without a doubt it has been worthwhile. In the past six months, I have seen so much progress with my injured neck. When I initially came in, I was unable to move, stiff, and in tremendous pain. Now, I am able to move, free of pain, like a normal human should! I owe it all to Pat’s caring nature, expertise, and humor. I am certain that Pat is special and so I drove out of my way every week to see him. I know I wouldn’t get the same experience elsewhere! I have had problems with my wrist for 8+ year since my daughter was born. I had gone to OT for it, worn a brace, etc with no real changes and I have been unable to put weight on it since. Pat immediately was able to identify where the problem was and after a few sessions of massage and strengthening exercises, my wrist was cured! A few months later, I can still do pushups, which is impressive after 8 years. Highly recommend. Hailey WalkerJune 3, 2023.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was thrilled to find out that Patrick took Boeing Regence insurance; he saw me for both knee pain during my time at Bellevue College and one of his PTs travelled to me in Woodinville to treat me for an ACL injury after college. After 3 months of PT, I am back in outdoor soccer and now have a job where I am on my feet for 8+ hours a day! I get tired still, but the pain is well managed now. I’ve recommended countless other friends and family here and they all have had similar success stories to share. Dr. Patrick is patient, knowledgeable, nonjudgemental and really takes the time to “look at the whole picture.” I have been seeing him for neck and shoulder pain for 1.5 years and the pain has improved to the point where I don’t need to go in as often. Dr. Patrick has taught me a lot about how to make changes and to implement simple exercises to reduce the pain and get stronger. Highly recommend!

I got treated by Patrick and I HIGHLY recommend him! He was patient, thorough and made sure I was 100% before he completed my therapy. His exercises were complexly effective... read more and targeted exactly where I needed to heal. Honestly, I learned a lot in the therapy sessions. Not only does he tell you what to do, he teaches you step by step. He incorporated dynamic stretching, eccentric strengthening, and Core stabilization. I quickly improved and was amazed at the results. I would definitely come back here to Patrick if I need a physical therapist.

Patrick treated me for a mild TBI and paralysis on the left side of my body after a severe horse riding accident. I cannot put in words the gratitude I... read more have for Patrick. He fixed the paralysis on the left side of my body after only a couple of visits and worked meticulously to ensure my brain recovered fully and at its own pace. Patrick made physical therapy fun through challenging me with exercises that tested my coordination and his outgoing, funny personality. I highly recommend him!!

I had bunion surgery and my doctor said I probably wouldn't need PT to fully recover. 7 months post surgery, my foot still felt really, really sore. Thankfully, Pat saw... read more me on my knee scooter at a coffee shop and introduced himself. I'm grateful he did. Timing wasn't right for me to schedule time with him due to travel and then COVID restrictions, but he kept following up just to see how I was doing and eventually we scheduled time for him to help me. After 3 sessions, my foot feels much, much better! What I've loved about Pat is that he not only helps fix the issue, but he educates you on what's happening in your body so that you know why it's feeling the way it feels and how to fix it. If you're looking for a PT, look no further!

I have known Patrick for going on 7 years and have worked with him in a variety of contexts. Most recently he has been helping me rehabilitate my hip after... read more undergoing a reconstructive procedure called a Periacetabular Osteotomy in early January 2019. This is my second surgery of this nature (I had my right hip done in 2017) and working with Patrick on my rehab this time around has been phenomenal. Early on in recovery I had weight bearing restrictions so having Patrick come to my home for therapy was a game changer as my transportation options were limited. Prior to this he didn’t have much knowledge of this particular surgery but he has gone above and beyond to educate himself on the specifics and crafting a rehab plan that has built my strength back up while also respecting the restrictions my surgeon had in place. Now 4 months later I am almost back to full strength and am improving every day. I am so grateful to Patrick for all of the work he’s put in and how much he dedicates to his patients.

I highly recommend Patrick and his PT expertise. I was fortunate to have Patrick as a neighbor, when I needed his services after an injury playing in an Adult Softball... read more league. I was running for a ball and felt a “pop” and immediately it was very hard and painful to walk. I thought I had torn my Achilles tendon or had a severe calf strain, and I was thinking I needed to make an appointment with my DR. I called Patrick and he said come over to his home office late on a Sunday night where he conducted a variety of tests to confirm or rule out my self-diagnosis of a calf strain and/or Achilles issue. After the tests were completed he told me my calf was just severely tight (apparently it does this as a defense mechanism prior to a strain) and my calf muscle and Achilles were not torn. He had me do various stretches and he massaged my calf to reduce the tightness. After about 3 days of working with him I was walking without any pain and no limp. If (or when) you have a Physical Therapy need, you only need to remember two letters PT, Patrick Toy and PTDynamix.

Pat at PT Dynamix is awesome! It's rare you find a business that offers a true personal touch, but I could see myself grabbing a beer with Pat as easily... read more as having him jam his elbow in my shoulder. I came in to see Pat because I had lingering pain across the entire left side of my torso. Pat has systematically worked his way through several problem areas, but my issue is somewhat like whack-a-mole, every time we make progress on one area a new issue presents itself. That being said, I've gone from being in constant pain to as close to normal as I've felt since November 2019. We've worked through a rib issue, an intercostal chest issue, a neck issue, and recently Pat found that my left lat was also very tight. While I was making good progress, after Pat worked on my lat I felt nearly 100%. Not only is Pat a great PT, I love how personable he is. He's always texting me about my progress and making sure things are going well. Pat is very good at keeping the conversation going and making me feel comfortable. I will continue to see Pat and improve my mobility and general well being.

From day one he has been supportive, attentive, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He understands the painful process to healing (mentally and physically) and has coached and guided me from his own experiences. Nothing is more important to him than getting you back to 100% or better! I am still amazed on the progress I’ve made in just a few months and am confident he can do the same for you. Thank you, Dr. Toy!!

When my 16 year old daughter was having significant pain issues in her right leg, Patrick was her P.T. He was diligent in directing her treatment, but she was not... read more responding and he was certain there were underlying issues contributing to her pain. He recommended we see an orthopedic physician, which led to a more accurate diagnosis than our primary care doctor provided. After her surgery to fix a labral tear, Patrick was there again diligently guiding her treatment. If it weren't for him persisting in finding an accurate diagnosis, she would likely still be in pain today, but due to his expertise and focused care, she has since been diagnosed and properly treated for hip dysplasia. Patrick was and still is very involved in her ongoing journey and has been a great resource for her as well as myself. It's not often a patient can say she is excited to start therapy again, but my daughter, who is now 22 years old, is thrilled to start again next year after her periacetabular osteotomy in January and we couldn't choose a better P.T. to see her through the next leg of rehab! He is not only an amazing healthcare provider, but an awesome human being who truly cares about delivering person-focused, needs-based therapy.
